Tadasoft is the brand name for Tadalafil. This medicine is used for treating erectile dysfunction condition in man. Tadalafil is also used for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension. The medicine enhances blood flow to the penile region, and this helps to enable a man for achieving a stiffer penile erection. The medicine does not lead to any sexual arousal. The medicine should be used with complete caution, and only under medical supervision.

Penile erection takes place when the penile is filled with blood. This occurs as the blood vessels that bring blood to the penis dilate, enhances the blood supply. At the same time, blood vessels that remove blood from the penile are seen contracting. The blood accumulates in the penile, which causes a stiffer erection.

When a man is sexually stimulated, nitric oxide is known for getting released into the penile region. This Nitric Oxide enables the production of cGMP that helps in controlling the dilation and contraction of the blood vessels, which carries blood to and from the penile region.

Medicine does not lead to an erection without sexual stimulation.

The first dose is one pill per day, at least 30 minutes before planned sexual activity. The dosage of this medication can be adjusted all depending on how the individual responds. Maximum dosage is 20 mg as a single pill. The patient should take not take more than one dose per 24 hours, but a daily dose of 10 mg to 20 mg is not recommended safe. Men that expect to be sexually active at least twice a week can consume a daily dose of 5 mg, or 2.5 mg once per day, depending on the individual reaction. Tadalafil in Tadasoft for ED is only for use by adults that are aged 18 years and above.
